My older son has been sent back home for distance learning after a month of them returning to school. I had just gotten into my new groove, checking off a list of all the things I had set aside to parent instead of work over the last 6 months of the pandemic. Now, I need to place my work and it feels as though myself back on the backburner. If I don't make time to meet my own needs my family will suffer and I know this, so moving into these two weeks I have a choice... To make the time or not? It has been said time and again...We have to feed our own souls before we can give our fullest to others.
My GO TO poses when I am short on time and need a reset
