Wheel Thrown Pottery
Authentic expression of self has always captured my attention and the space to allow for creative flow to enter the everyday, a dream. I began as a photographer and studied fine arts early on. I retreated from producing tangible art and moved to creating space for others educating them to reach their fullest potential. I now see that I can make space in my own life to be aligned with art again. Alongside being a mother, I have longed for another avenue to develop and express. My girlfriends and I signed ourselves up for a wheel pottery class and the rest is a short history of taking a leap of faith into our redesigned everyday of creative expression through art. My forms are simple, and unique in their own right. I create small batch functional work that I love to share with others.
