Welcome to our 5-Day Restorative Iyengar Yoga Series, crafted to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and precise alignment. Over the course of five days, I will lead you through a carefully curated sequence of poses that deeply relax, increase flexibility, and connect you to your inner self.
What You’ll Need: Prepare with a yoga mat, blocks, bolsters or folded blankets, a strap, and a chair. These props will support proper alignment and enhance comfort as we explore each pose.
