Meet Tiffany

A GUIDE SHAPED BY DISCIPLINE, LINEAGE, AND LIVED HEALING

Tiffany grew up in Hawaii, close to the ocean, and is happiest living by the rhythm of sunrise and sunset. Years of personal practice began early — and that upbringing gave her something she still passes on: a deep attunement to the body, and the quiet confidence that comes from moving through the world in it.

Through that journey, she found the teachings of Iyengar yoga — not knowing it would eventually be what led her back into trust with her body after a near-death experience. She has the lived experience of what trauma does to the mind-body connection. And she knows the way back.

Tiffany has spent decades in disciplined study across Iyengar yoga, therapeutics, functional nutrition, behavior analysis, and somatic practices. She has done the work. She lives the work. And she is most herself when she is teaching.

Her hope is to leave people feeling held yet challenged, open and freed.
