As summer deepens, there is both steadiness and spaciousness within our community. Thank you for the outpouring of support and presence around the new Chaska space. Each class reminds me of the power of dedicated practice and collective energy.
The rope wall is now installed and in use — a beautiful addition that opens up new possibilities for supported inversions, standing poses, and restorative work. If you haven't experienced the rope wall yet, I invite you to come and explore.
Gratitude is not just a feeling — it is a practice. In yoga, we speak of santosha, contentment, as one of the niyamas. It is the capacity to find sufficiency in what is present, rather than always reaching for what is next. This summer, I am practicing santosha — savoring this community, this space, this season.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for practicing. Thank you for growing.
With gratitude,
Tiffany Bergin, C-IAYT, CIYT
