DRY BRUSHING — A SEASONAL RENEWAL

With the change of season, our bodies naturally seek to shed what's no longer needed — whether that's stagnation, heaviness, or tension we've been carrying.

One simple way to support this process is through dry brushing, a practice that stimulates the lymphatic system, encourages circulation, and promotes a sense of lightness and renewal.

How to Dry Brush:

Use a natural bristle brush on dry skin before showering. Start at the feet and brush in long, gentle strokes toward the heart. Focus on areas that tend to feel sluggish, such as the legs, arms, and lower back. You can also spend a bit more time behind the knees and inner elbows.

Shower afterward and follow with an Ayurvedic oil or lotion for added nourishment.

This simple practice takes only a few minutes and can shift the quality of your entire day — a small act of care that ripples outward.
