An Invitation

A DELIBERATE PAUSE TO RETURN TO YOURSELF

If life has been full of demands — leaving you stretched thin, carrying the weight of the world, or living mostly in your head — this weekend offers something different. Not another thing to do, but a genuine opportunity to stop, breathe, and come back to the steadiness of your body.

A Return is a two-night retreat where ancient practices meet the realities of modern life. Through therapeutic yoga, acupuncture, breathwork, time in nature, and shared conversation, the weekend unfolds through a rhythm that supports both rest and deep reconnection.

Your Weekend

EVERYTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF

Therapeutic Yoga

Daily practice in the classical Iyengar tradition — intuitively designed to ease stiffness, refine alignment, and restore your mind, body, and spirit.

Acupuncture & Fire Cupping

A deeply restorative experience with Anna Needham — gentle acupuncture and traditional fire cupping that moves through the body's subtle layers, releasing what's held and inviting deep ease.

Pranayama & Breathwork

Learn techniques that can change your state of being within minutes. Connecting with breath and inner awareness is a lifelong skill — this weekend gives you space to explore and refine it.

Hands in Clay

A guided pottery session to activate your creative flow and give your hands something to do while your mind rests. Mindful, playful, and surprisingly meditative.

Nourishing Meals

Delicious, healthful meals prepared by the head chef of the renowned Tao Organic Café — crafted to nourish and energize throughout the weekend.

Nature & Water

Step outside into the beauty of the Northwoods — trails, the lake, and the quiet of the forest. Time to simply be in nature, without agenda.

Sauna & Fireside

Warm your body and soul in the infrared sauna, or cozy up by the indoor and outdoor fires with a cup of tea, your journal, or a good book.

A Keepsake to Take Home

A thoughtfully curated package to support your continued care and practice long after the weekend ends.

Reflections

FROM PAST RETREATS

"Even as I drove down the long drive toward the lodge, I felt the last bits of stress fall away. I stepped inside into a place that felt like home — the best possible kind of home. But the best part? It all felt like love. It showed up everywhere throughout the weekend."

— Elissa, Retreat Participant

"Thank you for helping to remind me of the power of the circle. The power of women. The power of humanity. The power of WE. Thank you for pouring into me."

— Kari, Retreat Participant

"Tiffany is an extremely gifted teacher, practitioner, and communicator, with an unwavering commitment to helping her students understand and implement the many ways yoga aligns the mind, body, and breath."
